Originally this was just going to be him standing there but I was like "come on, for the first upload of the new year I should do something a little more."

Cocteau is the villain for the series with the working title "Chaos Prevention" of which I am writing the script, uh... well, not RIGHT now since I'm writing this description but you know what I mean... now. ...Just not RIGHT now. I was writing my mecha series Gorillas and got kinda stuck so I decided to do a script for a story I've been planning for years before Gorillas.

Something that caught people who saw this IRL eye was that he didn't look so evil and that seemed to work ok. Since he's not a person that wants to enslave people or destroy the planet and genuinely believes he's a good person. It's just, well, he's still a major jerk and what he does though he believes helps, doesn't help.
