This is for LuciaV's Doctor Who challenge. Hurry up if you want to enter, it ends to day (I finished this just in time!) I figured PJ is a Tiny Planet Explorer, and the Doctor goes on adventures in time and space, so eventually they'd run into each other, right?
I really like how the background came out. Luckily I learned from drawing Hatsune Miku not to try to put so many little stars so close together, which is honestly the main reason it took me so long to draw that picture, because coloring around the stars was so aggravating (man, what was I thinking?) I thought PJ's crazy hair would be really hard to draw, but it was actually pretty easy. It was the Doctor (both his hair and the rest of him) that was a lot harder. I have so many reference pictures on my phone now of Tom Baker, it's not even funny.
