This is Bani. She's an adorable little thing, but she is painfully shy. When she was young she witnessed a terrible tragedy and has been mute since that day. She is very kind and has a good heart; unfortunately she is seen as a rude and standoffish because she doesn't talk to anyone. No one seems to realize she can't. Teased and talked about she bears it on her own. She lives in a cottage by herself away from the city noise in the french countryside. Although not being a native there she just couldn't bear to leave it behind. She adores flowers and picks some every morning before attending to her daily chores, but one day while picking flowers she senses an ominous air; feeling troubled she decides to head home early. Turning towards the trail she notices a dark flash zip in front of the path at the edge of the meadow, but she blinks and it disappears.

'Everything looks the same; so why does it seem to dark today?' Bani thought as she continued to walk toward the edge of the meadow to get to the trail home. 'Something feels wrong, but yet I feel like I've felt this weird feeling before, like something bad is about to happen.' Confused and nervous to the sense of familiarity. 'This feels like the day that...' Not wanting to continue those thoughts that lead to that tragic day that have given her nightmares since she was young. The hairs on the back of her neck stand on edge and she turns around sensing a dark presence behind her. 'No!..No it can't be!?' Standing behind her were three black figures shrouded in black and having no human features to speak of that seeped with dark energy and malice.
'The shadows...! Bani's thoughts trailed off as fear began to set into her very being. Flashes of that day came rushing back, the screams, the smell of blood and the shadows standing in the middle of the room their claws dripping. The scene running through her mind as if it happened yesterday.
Dropping the flowers Bani turns and begins running as fast as she can down the trail. Fear telling her don't think, just run. Fleeing not just from the shadow but also from the nightmares they've created. She still senses their presence, but this time they feel closer, a lot closer. Adrenaline running through her veins she runs even faster; now with tears attempting to spill and blur her vision. 'Why after all this time?! Why are they here?!' Breathe shortening, lungs burning, she doesn't slow down for a second until she reaches for her cabin door, but that one second was all it took. Before she is able to open the door much less turn around she is hit from behind and her body smashes through the door all the way to the opposite wall. Feeling beaten and broken, she begins to lose consciousness; not feeling the blood trickling from her mouth or her head. 'Is this how it's going to end? With me dying here alone?' 'Mama...Pa.pa...Jack..son..' is the last thought that passes through her as her mind goes black.
