Background: This is Wyatt, Fiona's love interest *cough cough* I mean historian. He's another one of the 30 kids that was kidnapped five years ago and taken to a deserted island.

As Historian, he works with assistant Delia (who writes everything he dictates) to record any and all information about the "old world" that they used to live in for future reference, as well as to be used at festivals, holidays, and the like to educate any future generations, as well as current island residents. After the fire at the library, he takes up residence with Fiona after a long-standing but mostly-in-the-closet romance that he wasn't aware was even going on because he thought she was just a really good friend.

One of his and Delia's duties is to regularly update the Village Book, a collection of volumes that contain information about village laws, policies, and major events, like festivals and holidays. Currently, there are five volumes: one for each year.
