Even though most of this was done, like, two months ago? All I did last night was color Neji, honestly LOL

A WIP of a bigger picture that I plan to make C: I just wanted to color something, to be honest, and I found this unfinished piece, so I figured: WHY THE HELL NOT? Besides, I haven't re-revealed my beautiful, new and improved, Naruto OC. Of course she'll have a reference of her pre- and post-timeskip outfits and appearance 8D

RED AND PURPLE IS JUST SO MUCH NOPE AHA. There's no way I can keep her with both colors unless I find a clever way to add in another conjoining color or two. But I'm lazy. So we'll see uhuu.

A little bit about Arai since I'm re-introducing her here!:

Arai happens to be my VERY FIRST OC (drawn). Her full name is Araiko Amarante Takameshi, but her mom is the only person who ever actually called her Araiko. Daughter to Keiji Takameshi and Amarante Hyuga. The Takameshi clan is about trinity. She is, indeed, half Hyuga. She does, indeed, harness the Byakugan. She indeedly, diddly, doodly loves using her Gentle Fist techniques, though she has yet to best Neji's skill which she won't because, in my headcanon, NEJI DOESN'T FUCKING DIE. She is one of five children and the youngest of her triplets. Her siblings, in order from oldest to youngest, are: Keisuke, Ayumi, Kojiro, and Honaru. Her chakra nature is predominantly Fire, but she also has Wind (for her Gentle Fist), and Lightning. She is a part of Team 13, later named Team Hanzo, which consists of Kike Hatake and Seth Nagakura. Their sensei is Hanzo Nakishiyo. Her main weapon is a Kusarigama and she uses flower petals for a bunch of jutsus eheheee <3 SHE IS LIKELY THE ONLY MAIN OC WITH BLONDE HAIR THAT I'LL EVER HAVE. SERIOUSLY GUYS. She's lucky to have stayed blonde PFT.

Arai's relationship to Neji? At this age, playful rivaling, really. They both have Hyuga blood, but Neji doesn't regard her as one due to her lack of appearance as one and the fact that her mother was a Hyuga rather than her father. They both suffer from the same unacceptance, however. While Neji didn't accept her as a full-fledged Hyuga, in his mind, he saw himself as lesser because of the "Side Branch" title. A whole mess of feels. Mainly bad ones, though LOL. Good feels as they get older uhuhuhuuu.
