This is a dress design that I've had in my mind now for about a year. I loved the idea of a bondage type body suit, with straps and buckles, under puff sleeves and a poofy skirt.

I played with the idea of giving this dress to Amelia for the Frill Drop story since it's set in the future, but I think Victorian dresses are more her style because she is from the Second French Empire.
