Here's my entry for nikkeh09's New!! challenge. This adorable little girl is Kotoura from the anime Kotoura-San. The anime aired in 2013, and I'm not sure when the manga from came out. Kotoura-San is about a little girl born with the power to read minds. She doesn't understand what she's hearing is thoughts. She thinks the people around her are speaking out loud. This causes many troubles for Kotoura as she loses both of her parents and all of her friends. She tries to suppress her ability, until she meets a few fellow students in her high school who accept her for everything she is. She can finally be herself around them and not have to hide or push them away anymore.

I really enjoyed this anime, and I wish there was more to it.
