So yeah, it's exactly what it looks like lol. I made what I thought a ghost Eeveelution could look like. This was sparked by a conversation in my last Pokemon Center post ^^

It's not the best I know, but I had fun with it. I wanted him to still look cute but scruffy and edgy. Th necklace and anklet are soul beads. Meaning he can capture souls. The flames on his tail are inspired by the bakeneko. It translates to "forked cat" or "monster cat" depending. This creature is said to have the power to leap over corpses and reanimate them. What better ability to give a ghost then reanimation?
