I actually started doing this a while ago, where I started to create the homes of my OCs so I could have a visual of their homes to I could describe them better when I began to write my chapters for the stories. The ones I'll be positing on here are homes for my OCs from my upcoming story "Eardians". The first one here the home of Dannie Heart (she's one of the main characters). This is the outside view and the home was made in The Sims 3.
