First off, I want to establish how sorry I am for accidentally making Valencia's arms tiny as hell, but I think my senpai understands that my drawing capabilities are...shall I say...Not established.

Anyways, this is the OC of my good friend Neilly, and although I wrote "Character Design" I meant OC, so I'm sorry about that.

So the concept of this was that I wanted to draw Valencia in a nice outfit similar to that of the Galactic Pirates from that Dragonball Z movie, "Bojack Unbound."

Their clothes were badass, and Valencia looked like a fashionable type of person that's what I intended to draw.
Regrettably I didn't get her proportions all that great so the lower half of her body looks huge in comparison to the rest of her.

Nevertheless, I will try to get another entry in if I can.
