My 11th year being a member in the otaku. This was my first website that I submitted my artwork and I'm glad I didn't delete my account.

I hope you're all doing well. This was my practice painting for building/landscape. I used photoshop elements 5 and wacom bamboo tablet. It took about 8 hours because I didn't have the pen tool, so I figured out I had to lasso polygons everywhere and erase accordingly, which took some time. I also tried to figure out how to paint without lineart in the final version (as well as figure out how to make the crosslink fence). I think the next thing I will do is try to paint using photoshop brushes, but I feel using brushes is like stamping onto the canvas more than anything... but that's how you get it to look more realistic in my opinion. In any case, art is just a hobby for me, so I'm not worrying too much about things.
