He met Byakuya during a fight in the middle of the night. Byakuya took him under his wings and brought him to the agency he was working as a model for at that time. No-one really thought Tsukiyo could do it but he´s the most wanted model atm. Though Byakuya doesn´t work there anymore they keep in touch since Tsukiyo idolizes him.
