I have finally finished a piece of art!!!
These are OCs from a story I barely ever work on, though it's come to the forefront more recently because I've had more ideas for it than I have for my weird angry kids story.
This story's about a group of aliens from a desert planet (it's a super old story, but these characters are relatively new) and they can shapeshift but they take human forms because their society is very obsessed with human society bad, bad excuse for making them look like humans and their gender reflects their persona (not the right word but something along those lines).
I'll go ahead and talk a little bit about them since I don't do that very much. Basically these three are part of a group of five who are involved in this war and combat thing on their planet, and they all have specialized jobs and abilities. The groups are made this way so they have a well-rounded set of individuals whenever they have to go off and complete a task.
So from left to right:
Panic — the youngest of the group, he's a medic who's fresh out of training and is a people person. He's pretty foolish just because he hasn't experienced the world, and likes to play pranks and joke around and that usually ends up with him getting in trouble. He tends not to look before he leaps and is a big talker. He's not as strong and brave as he likes to think he is. He's a decent medic and likes to help people, but he's easily misled. He tends to be a follower type as he's still learning his place in the world.
Klye (not Kyle lol, I think she's due for a name change sometime soon) — does odd jobs for the group, though she's mainly a mechanic and the group's muscle. Even though she's not the leader, everyone tends to look to her for answers because she's willing to push herself and step outside of her comfort zone whenever need be. She's not afraid to say what she thinks and doesn't care what others think of her. She was involved in a chemical accident as a child that gave her brain damage, although the lasting effects of it really only involved her having anger problems (I'm still working on this part so it sounds really weird rn). Her favorite food is seafood and she has a pet two-headed dog. She enjoys jewelry and combat boots and weird hair.
Acid — the group's technology expert. Her backstory is unknown to the other characters, although it involved her being used as a war experiment by a group of people who wanted to create a line of computer experts. Thus she was given upgrades that resulted in her being able to hack and override almost anything that's put in front of her. She escaped and was later given to Klye for her to take care of after she got proper medical treatment. She's very shy and quiet and struggles to voice her opinions, and confides in very few people. She and Klye are a couple and live together.
I wanted to draw these three together because they're the youngest of the group and they're kind of morons compared to the other two, who are older and more organized and work-oriented. They don't tend to get a lot of work done if they're all in the same room at once.

Anyways, let me know what you think! I had a lot of fun with this, even though I struggled with the proportions and faces since I haven't practiced in so long. I'm pretty happy with the end result though!
