Oh my goodness gosh, 2016 is almost over!! Boy oh boy, am I ready for a new year. I probably don't have to tell anyone why 2016 sucked, but the bright side is my art improved a lot this year. And, y'know, there were some other, less me-centric things that happened this year that were good. Hey, whaddya mean I'm not the center of the universe??

Anyway, some of you probably know that this year I graduated from high school and am currently taking a gap year. I'll be going to art school next fall. In the meantime, not being in school means I've had time to really focus on my art in a way I haven't been able to before. I've experimented with new materials and techniques, I participated in Inktober for the first time which was a great experience, and I've improved my anatomy, compositions, coloring, and inking a lot. Uhg, this is gonna sound so conceited, but I'm really amazed with how far I've come in the past year.
So, um, yeah. Heh heh, not sure how to wrap this up. Um, on to 2017!!

I found the template on Deviantart. I saved it to my flash drive a while back, and unfortunately I've forgotten the name of the user who made it, but I do remember they said it was free to use and they didn't need to be sourced.
