Ililis.
(Ugh. It's either ILLILIS or ILILIS. Too many I's. Too many' L's.)
Initially created in 2005-ish as an upbeat, chill, "songbird" archery lover who could take his ill-fated flower with a cup of sugar. I used an ornamental rose for a long time, until I decided it was super cliche and had no symbolism suiting to his character.
Now, Ililis isn't very cheerful. He's bitter and callous (mostly about that pesky flower he has to keep track of) but still seems like a decent guy and will be friendly at times. He's without clothing to show off the otherwise unseen image on his arm (and back) and now has a different sort of rose. A dog rose, or, a "witch's rose" which became exceedingly appropriate and different for his design!
The center of the image shows things the two versions still have in common: the bow, quiver of arrows, a harp, and the image on the arm. Everything else, well, the changes sprung up in about 2013.
(Yes! His eyebrows are black on purpose!)
...I want to do this prompt again with another character...
(now it is bedtime.... long past bedtime...)
