At long last, I finished another piece. Here's Seira Hoshikawa from the anime Genei wo Kakeru Taiyou (Day Break Illusion). I really liked her character design, so I decided to draw her and her difficult-to-paint hair. No background this time, with very little digital editing (minor brightness and contrast adjusting, with some image sharpening). Painted with mostly acrylic paints and some watercolors for minor details and light shading.
