The blue-haired one was set up by a girl he rejected. She is very selfish and wanted to punish him. Believing he was taking part in a charity project he agreed to help only to get set up. The blond guy is uncaring towards schemes and such so he is the only one not wearing green, as any other student was instructed to wear.
