Experimenting with an Ukiyo-e inspired art style of Shin Hisako fighting Gargos' Mimic Hisako from Killer Instinct near her shrine. According to Killer Instinct canon, Hisako, real name Chiharu, overcame her anger to become a Kami spirit, she is basically fighting her past Onryō form which is in the form of Gargos' green colored mimic clones from story mode. The Japanese words on top are actually the lyrics of the celldweller & Atlas Plug theme, the kanji and the left says Shin Hisako while the Katakana on the right says mimic.
