I wanted to draw something different. This piece features one of my favorite couples of Ruri Kurosaki and Rin from Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V.

I've liked this pairing for awhile. I love the thought of these two together; Rin would be protective of Ruri. Ruri would have trouble being assertive but could be stubborn too. Rin would be aggressive towards anyone who dared mess with her girl.

How they meet is during the events of Leo Akaba trying to refuse the dimensions. They met when Rin was captured and she was placed in Ruri's tower for awhile. They became fast friends. Then of course you know they were ganked to try (keyword there try) to bring his daughter Rey back..anyways fast forward to after that when they were reunited in Yuzu's body and living as souls in her mind. Ruri and Rin grew closer over a period of time and then they fell in love. Not perfect but go with it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Drawing overall took me a few hours and then some. It was challenging but i pulled it off. This was my first time drawing a yuri couple. I hope to draw more Yuri (or maybe even a yaoi) couples in the future.
