It feels like forever since I've uploaded anything. It's kind of refreshing being able to present something that I spent so much work on.

Subject-wise, it's pretty simple: I pictured Keba (my OC, not me) making flower crowns for herself and for Jon. She just placed one on Jon's head and is admiring how cute it looks on him. Sure life can be tough for wandering travelers, but that doesn't mean they can't have a little fun once in a while.

The idea came to me a few years ago, but I didn't really feel motivated to draw until recently. I hope I can keep this up, or at least, not fall back into a slump. Honestly, I haven't come up with a lot of good art ideas lately, even when I've felt motivated to draw.

I tried a few new things with this drawing. First, I used colored ink pens instead of my usual black ones. I wanted a softer effect and I think that helped somewhat. The second thing I did was to do more of a detailed environment with the purple and white flowers. It looked better in my mind, but I guess we all have to start somewhere.
