This was another random request on Deviantart. I was asked to humanize Patsy Smiles from Rocko's Modern Life. I had a hard time originally trying to decide what style to draw her in. So I tried to do both the original style and then an anime one. The bottom one was my reference material. Wanted to include so those who did not know the character could see the original.
