Today's OCtober challenge is "an OC who wears makeup". This is Faraena, royal seamstress and fashionista extraordinaire of the Merfaen tiz Ornaru, and probably the only character I've got that regularly wears makeup. (Without it, she believes herself to be a faceless wombat.) I created her as a bit part to annoy one of the main characters (not introduced yet), but she kind of took off from there, and she developed such a fun personality and such a different set of morals and goals from literally everyone else, that now she's one of my family's favorite characters from the whole story. Go figure!

The background and her shirt ended up way more orange than I wanted (she's a pink girl through-and-through), but my lighting was terrible and color balancing just wasn't working out today.
