Sephiran really must be going to put his fancy clothes on because he needs to go to a meeting with the Senate. But Sanaki (the Empress) doesn't want him to go, so she decided to give him a metal boot* in the hopes that it would stop him from leaving.

*Metal boot is just what my family calls it when you grab someone's leg like that, but I don't know what it's actually called.
