One of my OCs for this contest, Kitami Norei.

She's the last OC I made for my favorite shonen series, Naruto/Naruto: Shippuden, and I initially made her to submit in an old RP that clueless101 started way back in the days.

Kitami Norei, The Second Dragon of the Hidden Mist.
Kitami is the second eldest child of the Second Family of the Norei Tribal Clan, which was a faction of elite Hidden Mist ninja that separated themselves from the politics and wars that the Hidden Mist government got wrapped up in. Whether it was a coup, a new Mizukage, or a Great Ninja War, the Norei Clan refused to give their input unless it involved their interests.

After a dispute within the tribe put her in a position where her father was to forfeit his life or be exiled, Kitami volunteered to take the exile to spare her family, but also saw it as an opportunity to travel the world beyond the Norei Clan's borders, a practice that was typically frowned upon.

The Norei Clan also has a strong affiliation with Dragon Sages, hence why many members will paint their bodies or tattoo themselves in honor of their Dragon Partner.
Kitami was in the middle of her training to becoming the Head Dragon of her Clan's sector before the exile, hence the prominent dragon tattoo around her navel and the Dragon pictogram on her face.
