My OC's name is more accurately a title, "Reaper". He is an assassin during Earth's dystopian future. Scientists endeavored to re-write man's DNA in an effort to create immortals. Unfortunately, they created mutants who used their "gifts" to subjugate their fellow humans and create chaos. Reaper, who is an actual immortal, made it his cause to cleanse the world of its worst dictators.
