It's great seeing all these challenges! <3

Now, for nikkeh's "First Love" challenge...

My first loves as series were Pokemon and Digimon, but my first favorite anime character was Ray from Beyblade (though, like nikkeh, there were two around the same time, and second-choice was reeeal close). I drew this guy so much that I memorized him, and when I was in middle school/early high school, some former friends, my brother and I were even working on a Beyblade fan comic. Even now that there are other, better-written characters that top him on my list of faves, I still come back to draw him every once in a while.
