This is a commission of my client's Oni persona dressed in a Duela Dent cosplay! They wanted their persona dressed specifically in the steampunk version with a deranged expression. I don't know much about DC comics, so sorry if this is off. I had several different references for this character and none of them had matching color palettes ^-^'
