I made this drawing as a tribute to Rachel Lillis (Jessie and Misty's English Voice Actress in the Pokemon anime) who recently passed away...I was sad to hear this because I grew up with Misty and Jessie in the OG Pokemon anime... So here's my drawing as a tribute to her character Misty, and her legacy.
