I did this piece a few weeks ago...it's a canvas drawing of Pharaoh Atem from the original Yu-Gi-Oh series (Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters). This was a really challenging piece for me. I know I had originally wanted to include Slifer the Sky Dragon (Orsirus in the Japanese version) with him and redraw that one manga panel where he was chasing after Thief King Bakura...but I didn't have the spoons. So I drew this instead, Atem walking determinedly and purposefully with a city skyline. It was still challenging.. Entering it into an art show next month.
