Another drawing I did a couple of years ago that I forgot about. XD
I used alcohol ink and markers to blend the background, but it didn't come out like I wanted. I like how the merman came out, though. He's based on a dragonfish, but honestly, he reminds me more of an eel. Surprisingly the dragonfish is like an inch big, and when I was referencing it, I thought it was bigger.
