This is just a sample for the climax of Valle Lacrimarum. I don't actually plan to have another girl venture through Kokytos with Amelia, I just drew it for some dialog.
SPOILERS: The tattoos on Amelia are brands from Azriel before she entered Ephialtes' puzzle. It was a sort of bond so that he could help guide her through but she failed anyways Chernobog is the ruler of the Kokytos realm, Israfel is an angel that went with Azriel to retrieve Amelia from there.

Originally this was gonna be purely screen toned but I thought that adding a bit of color would look cool since this isn't a part of the story yet. I definitely want to draw more single page comics in the future.
