I swear I make up 99% of the fanart here for this franchise.

There was a not-so-recent update in the game that allows certain (for now) units to evolve. This involves having certain items and being at a specific level and sending them off on a four day mission. When they are qualify to go, there's a cutscene when I log in of them asking to go (once per unit, else I have to go manually send them off).

So here, Midare is asking his (yes, HIS) big brother (who happened to be my leader at the time). I didn't want to send him yet since I rather he be at max level first and I wasn't sure who I wanted to use the items on yet. So big brother says no :D

I actually had to crop it a bit to fit the height requirement.
