Background: Lived in the Land of Waves until he was 11. Toshirō came to Konohagakure with his siblings to fight a certain someone. Until the day he meets that person, he’s training to raise his skill level.

Personality: Fun-loving and outgoing with friends and has a bit of an obsession with fluffy things. When it’s time for him to get serious, he’s very protective and can sometimes go overboard. He’s honestly not very good at reigning in his emotions.
Likes: fluffy things, food
Dislikes: tense situations
