what is happening right now is an all well known instance in an anime when time stops for a transformation[sailor moon is some what famous for this]
but yah this is real life anime [syke]so things happen difrently like tsuke is very awere of time itself beeing halted
ps this time stop transformation thing only happens with tsuke and tera but rarely happens with some one else unless they are badly damaged
