First submission in a long time ^^; This is Ronin Yoshino's chapter 7 "Your Own Worst Enemy". I wanted to post this chapter up in particular because it's my favorite one thus far.

This chapter required the most research I've done yet. I combined these different stories: According to Japanese folklore, a Yamabushi (Buddhist mountain warrior) who fell from Buddha's grace would be transformed into a Tengu (crow-man monster). I also thought it would be relivant to also mix the famous novel "A Tale of Genji", by using the most memorable event: Yoshitsune & Benkei's battle on Gojo Bridge...I just changed some stuff around so it would fit this manga. It was alota work, but this chapter was very fun!
