OK, i gotta 'splain tis...tere was noting in teh movie about syrup and Bill wasn't relly insane...also, his name relly wasn't Bill but he was played by teh guy wat played Bill in teh Kill Bill movies so tat's why I called him Bill. MY bill is insane. Teh movie Bill was just evil. And I don't relly remember why he wanted to create giant lizards.
