Reference to that one episode in Hetalia where Switzerland would shoot Allied and Axis planes to make a point on being a neutral country (They shot down 11 Luftwaffe planes between 10 May 1940 and 17 June 1940 in addition to having a huge military. For some reason, neutrality and guns don't sound like they should mix ideally.) He shot down Santa, and now Light Yagami is sad. (He probably was on the naughty list anyways.)
