(Tohru, Kyo, Uotani, and Hanajima are sitting at school.)
Tohru:*excited* It's Halloween today!
Kyo: WHAT! Not another reason for Kagura to visit! Every year she always pelts me with candy!
Uotani: So, what's everyone going as?
Tohru: I'm going to be a rice ball!
Hanajima: I'm going as a witch.
Uotani: Again...
Kyo: Hey, all she needs is a pointed hat.
Hanajima: I'll ignore that comment.
(Yuki walks in followed by the Prince Yuki Fan Club girls.)
Yuki:*smiling* Thank you very much for the candy.
(All girls except for Tohru, Hanajima, and Uotani faint.)
Uotani: That's one way to get rid of them.
Tohru: Oh! Yuki! we're discussing our Halloween costumes! I'm going to be a rice ball, and Hana-chan is going to be a witch.
Uotani: I'm going in a mask with a baseball bat.
Kyo: WHAT! DO YOU PLAN TO SCARE THE CANDY OUT OF PEOPLE!
Tohru: What are you going as Yuki?
Yuki: I'm thinking a mouse.
Kyo: MORE LIKE A RAT!
Yuki: Shut it, you're going as a cat again, huh?
Kyo: SO WHAT IF I AM!
Uotani: Woah! Cool it, kitty!
Kyo: DON'T CALL ME KITTY!
Uotani: Okay, Mr. Kitty.
Tohru: At least this year Halloween is on a Friday, so we don't have to worry about homework!
Hanajima: So, who is this... Kagura?
Kyo: THE MOST ANNOYING GIRL ON EARTH!
Tohru: Actually, she's kind of cute!
(Suddenly, Kagura appears as if out of nowhere.)
Kagura: IS THAT WHAT YOU THINK OF ME, KYO-KUN!
(Kagura throws hand fulls of candy corn at Kyo, who starts running.)
Tohru: Hi, Kagura!
(Kagura stops and turns sweetly to Tohru.)
Kagura: Hi, Tohru-kun! What are you going to be for Halloween? I'm going as a boar!
Tohru: I'm going as a rice ball!
(Suddenly, Ayame walks in! Oh no!)
Ayame: Never fear! I shall prepare everybody's costume who is a friend of my dear little brother, Yuki!
Hanajima: I'm going to be a witch.
Ayame: You shall be the most beautiful witch in all Japan!
Hanajima: It better be all black, unless you want a taste of my poison waves.
Ayame: *scared* Okay! I shall do all black!
Hanajima: Thank you, kind sir.
Yuki: *silently* Too polite! Too polite! It will go straight to his head!
Ayame: Yes! I am so kind, that it will be free of price!
Tohru: I am going to a rice ball!
(Ayame gets on one knee and kisses Tohru's hand.)
Ayame: And a beautiful rice ball you shall be!
(Yuki and Kyo approach Ayame, an air of evil and unforgiving almost visible surrounding them.)
Yuki and Kyo: Get out. Now.
Ayame: And Yuki! Yuki! You shall be the Rat King! More magnificent than you will ever see in the "Nutcracker Ballet"!
Uotani: I already have my costume.
Ayame: Surely, I could make it more beautiful!
Tohru: Um, Ayame-sensei... Uo is going out in jeans and a t-shirt with a base ball bat and a face mask.
Ayame's thoughts: Yanki! She's a Yanki!
Ayame: *scared* Okay! I shall leave you to your terrifying costume!
Kagura: Oh! Ayame sensei! You'll make me a piggy outfit!
Ayame: The most beautiful one for the princess
(Kagura picks up a desk and starts beating Ayame with it.)
Kagura: OH, AYAME-SENSEI! YOU'RE TOO KIND!
Ayame: You're... ow!... welcome!
(Hatori walks in with Momiji.)
Hatori: I hope you don't plan to eat all your candy tonight.
Tohru: Oh! Hatori-senpai! Of course not!
Momiji: Tohru-san! Hi! I'm going to be a bunny!
(Suddenly, Uotani gets up, but she trips! Uh oh! She knocked into Yuki, Kyo, Momiji and passing boy, who falls into Kagura! All of them turn into animals!)
Tohru: Uh oh!
Uotani: *groans* Where did they go?
Ayame: *quickly kicks clothes behind himself and Hatori* They got mad because I brought animals to model their costumes! I'll just take the animals back to their cages!
(Ayame picks up all the clothes and Kyo, Yuki, Kagura, and Momiji and runs from the room.)
Hatori: I must be leaving now, too.
(Hatori gets up and leaves.)
Hanajima: Those Sohmas are very strange.
Uotani: It's hard to believe Kureno-san is in the same family.
Tohru: They're really nice, though!
Uotani: Yup!
Hanajima: Anybody who is a friend of yours, Tohru, is a friend of ours.
