Ahah, well lookie here. The "anti-fangirl" writing a very fangirly letter.
But this is about as pushy/squealy as I get, the end more so than the beginning. So I tried to make it a bit humorous too. If something sounds borderline perverted, it is.

Dear Dr. Fran,
You are perfect- perfect as the most beautifully developed horror story. You have it all. The stunning looks (not marred, but rather enhanced by tasteful scars), the distant, mysterious disposition, a charming type of innocence, and of course the excess body parts. I turn red at the thought of your several hands...
You still remain one of the sweetest, most self-sacrificing individuals I can imagine. Look at how much you've done for others! They may give you money in exchange, but you give these people entirely new lives. How many times has it been now that you've saved a life? Passion and dedication radiate from you, especially when you're in the midst of your work, elbow deep in blood and organs, unflinching in the face of death. In fact, you figuratively cut Death into a thousand pieces with your brilliance. And all in the name of life, love, and science. How dare people accuse you of creating monsters.
Intelligence is one of the sexiest things a woman can have. And with that said, you surpass any limits that one could possibly use to measure it. You surely don't lack book smarts, but it's your ability to improvise and use even the worst situations to your advantage that causes me to marvel every time. You solve puzzles others don't even have the capacity to see!
And where to even start on your physical appearance? The long blond hair and big amber eyes are enough to melt anyone's heart (provided that they still have it with you around). How you manage to pull off the scars I'll never know, but they give a deep sense of mystery and charm to you. The most beautiful flaws I have ever seen. You had me hooked before I even knew what was happening. How is it possible to seduce someone so throughly with such conservative clothing on? You don't even have to try! Probably the thing I love most is your smile. It's so very sincere and kind. I would promise to keep that smile on your face always.
If I could only meet you, be with you. Even being under your scalpel would complete my entire world! Strap me to your operating table and dissect me! I want to know your caring, skillful hands, be a walking piece of art that you can look at and be proud of, someone you can always depend on to lend you an extra liver.
I can't go a day without thinking of you. Your constant optimism never fails to bring a smile to my face. How can I continue living without you? I'd ask for your heart, but I'm afraid you'd very literally hand it over to me. So instead I'll request your precious time, the time that you spend reading this letter, and hope that these desperate feelings of longing reach to you through my words. I'm sure they will, you hopeless romantic you. But please don't shed a tear for me. Just knowing that I'll be on your mind for the minute or two you spend reading this is more than I even deserve and sends my heart racing. I almost can't wait to be on my deathbed to give me a valid excuse to call out to you. Surely you wouldn't deny a dying girl her last request, right?
