As I was trying to come up with ideas for a wallpaper to celebrate Minako's birthday, I realized I hadn't done any including Sailor V yet. (Admittedly, Sailor V artwork is hard to find) So, like Minako herself, here's a pair of mobile wallpapers as bright and cheerful as she is.
