This art is by Kazuko Tadano, who directed the Sailor Moon R movie, including this sequence immediately preceding the "Moon Revenge" scene. (The art COULD be Ikuko Itoh's, but I think she animated the scenes before and after the "Moon Revenge" sequence) I made a few changes here and there - an added star background (the blue background was dull), some glow around the Silver Crystal, and some more colours in the flowing ribbons of Usagi's undone transformation.
