Despite being set in New York and a numeber of changes, 1998's "Godzilla" is faithful to the original as it involves: 1) Godzilla being mutated by radiation, and 2) Godzilla being a male that can reproduce without mating.
How funny. I did a post about it in one of my WORLDs a few hours ago today.
Anyway, I look forward to seing this new motion picture (regardless of its nation of production), 'cause afterall, it's been years since a "Godzilla" movie appeared in North American theaters.

I wonder how this is going to turn out. We all know about Godzilla's story...they should show behind the scenes action. Maybe a story on how he beats his wife.

I have my doubts. Why mess with a classic?
Beans are evil. Bad, bad beans.

I have never been much of a Godzilla fan, so I hope this movie will be one that changes my mind.

Another Godzilla film?!
So long as it's not another one of those dorky ones from Japan, I might see it.

Hopefully these Americans get it right this time so we aren't mocked at by our fellow Japanese Godzilla film makers again...
