And the Japanese wonder why people stare at them on occasions.
I love you Japan, but seriously...wtf. I mean really. WTF. Can't people actually watch the news? I would be insulted, honestly, if America pulled something like that. So I'm not intelligent enough to listen to normal news that I have to have an anime character tell me what's going on? That's the most absurd thing I've heard after Obama wanted to shut down Gitmo.
I can just hear the grinding of the chart increase for news participation in young people. Actually, studies show Generation Y (1993-Today) doesn't listen to the news as much as Generation X (1980's-early 1990's). Stuff like this could show an increase in news participation which in turn could help ratings and educate children in today's problems.

An extremely simple and childish-seeming concept.... but really its rather ingenius. it works as the poster here said, an anime/manga otaku can very well become a great news otaku before too long. wonder if they are going to work this for other systems and translations and such.
be very interesting to see how well this kicks off, wouldnt it?

Makes no sense to me. All I'm doing on my PS3 is playing Infamous, and SF4.
