It is a cute PNG ^^. I haven't seen this pic of mizusu before, so thanks for sharing! :3. Very nice wallpaper btw, you used a lot of textures ne? they look pretty :). Just a suggestion though, try making your signature/credits at the bottom more blended to the wallpaper, with colors that match with it, since it kind of takes away from the wallpaper. For example in this case you can make the font color pink or yellow, and add a thin white border to it. The border (or whatever blending effect you want to add) will make it visible, yet matches well with the whole wallpaper.
Overall, it'll make your wallpaper more appealing ^_^

Very cute! its a png? I didnt know those could be submitted! lol, from the title I had imagined the character to look impatient and angry- but dont judge a wallie by its title, this one is cute and happy!
