lol. Yes, usually I would use corel painter essentials 2, but recently my computer contracted a virus and I can barely use it :(
But on my other account, Aurora Borealis, where you also know me, Aurora (tsubasachro) and I make wallpapers together. I use Aurora's photoshop sometimes :D

You could use photoshop ... or if that's too expensive, you could give the GIMP a go (although it takes some getting used to, then it's OK)
