No problemm.. ! If you want to make a wonderfull wallpaper,you have to aware of the colour combination,the character you want to represent,and selecting a suitable brushes..
I didn't able to make something like this at the past,but now,I can! XD
So,i think everyone is able to make something like this.. includes you! Keep practicing and following challenges may help you to make wallpaper better.. :)

This is a really pretty wallpaper, I love all the colors and it definitely represents spring. I like the clovers that you used,they look really pretty and the image you used is really cute too. This little fairy is so cute and this is really wonderful. You did a great job on this and thanks for entering my challenge. Again this is such a beautiful wallpaper,so colorful and amazing
