Yes, I have seen a video for the song Nebula. It's a beautiful song, too. I think I saw the video from Project Diva, the game for the PSP, but I'm not sure if it's the same vid you're talking about.

Wow this is a really amazing wallpaper. Have you seen the Nebula PV? Because it has some of the best computer graphics I've ever seen and I like how you incorporated some of the video into your wallpaper. That render image of Miku is amazing. Where did you find such an amazing image? And your background looks phenomenal. I just think you did an amazing job on this wallpaper and I really love it. This is one of the best Hatsune Miku wallpapers I've seen in along time. Great job friend and thanks for making such an awesometasticly beautiful wallpaper
