Anyways, the darkblue words on a lightblue background actually works for this picture, though the picture looks like it was superimposed over this background. Just after viewing the FullMetal Alchemist one it's more of a comparison rather than a critiquing, so I'm going to stop here for now and come back with a fresh mind.
