" the actions of one that follows is based off the actions of thier leader. doing as one says and not as one does contradicts the fact that a leader is one that leads by example, hence being a leader to start with. the leader leads by example, which often inspires those around them to do the same and to strive to do thier best." dont ask where i got the quote from but it is something i have been thinking about for a while now. in some ways i do beleive that this is true. while yes doing as a commander says is crucial, it is also important that a leaders actions follows their words just as the followers are told to do. otherwise it just clashes with itself. (not referring to ANYONE by the way, just a thought)
