The characters should all wake up in spots that correspond with where Alice first meets the characters. So Alice will be in a dark room that he will hav ta get out. The flamingo will be outside the room kinda at a lake I guess with the white rabbit. Hatter, Dormouse, and March Hare will b in a clearing at a tea table. Chess will be in the woods in between the lake an the tea party. The King can be anywhere cause he obviously can't be with the Queen.

And they won't remember anything. There will be an announcement through like a speaker that they are going to be hunted and that they r participating in a game.
